Okkervil River's latest release Black Sheep Boy offers hope to the world that the "concept album" is not dead. This song follows a shorter prologue song. Buy this album. Put it right next to OK Computer and The Software Slump. Put your headphones on and listen to the whole thing at once. Don't eat, don't read and definately step away from your computer during the entire experience. This is not part of a larger soundtract to your life. It is a work of art. Now pay attention.
